Job Description :
- Provide care for patients recovering from general and orthopedic surgeries
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6 : 1
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
- Wear navy blue scrub attire
- Participate in the hospital float pool as needed
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines
This position requires flexibility and teamwork to adapt to the dynamic needs of the hospital environment.
