Who we look for
MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated intern with passion for hardware and good knowledge power electronic. He will support the development of solution for high voltage application (including DC / DC and AC / DC topologies, current sensors, isolated driver) working inside our hardware department.
Task :
- Validate power integrated circuits to meet the required specifications
- Prepare hardware and software setups, together with our hardware & simulation team, to be able to measure all required parameters of our IC.
- Develop schematic and PCB to for new solutions.
- Develop device modeling (spice)
- Work with IC design team to debug and troubleshooting the device under test.
- Generate documentation and reports with all performed test.
Qualifications :
- MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering;
- Hands-on experience in verification and trouble shooting electronic circuits (firmware and hardware).
- Experience on the use of electronic laboratory equipment including oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment
- Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation
- Self-motivated, strong team player
