Must-Have :

Basic Dysrhythmia test out must be passed during the first week of assignment to work in the Emergency Department.

Description :

The Emergency Room RN is responsible for identifying patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Care Setting.

Is able to triage safely, rapidly, and accurately every patient that enters the emergency care system.

RNs coordinate care between other professional disciplines as needed.

Every third weekend and every other holiday commitment is required.

Basic Dysrhythmia test out must be passed in the first week of the assignment.
