About The Position
- Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Shift, 4x12-Hour (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : At least 1 year of PICU experience required;
- Teaching hospital experience required License : Must have California RN License Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have : Experience with birth to 18 years, arterial lines, conscious sedation, CRRT, ECMO, critical care for metabolic patients, respiratory, endocrinology, oncology, neurosurgical scenarios, Level 1 traumas, cardiology Job Description : Work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit providing critical care to patients- Ensure the effective communication with team members and physicians regarding patient care- Ability to float as needed, primarily to NICU and CVICU- Participate in weekend rotations as required- Documentation preferred using Cerner- Approved request time off at manager discretion;
