Position Overview :
As the Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our office environment
You will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing essential support to various departments and facilitating seamless communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage office logistics, including facilities maintenance, supplies inventory, and equipment procurement.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office calendars.
- Assist with financial activities, such as processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining budget records.
Qualifications :
- QuickBooks experience Required
- 2+ years in accounts payable / receivable
