Job Description : As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for managing and controlling all SERVPRO® warehouse related activities.

You will oversee warehouse planning and facility maintenance while following and enforcing all safety procedures on the facility and / or job site.

Responsibilities : Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needsPlan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasksHandle and execute shipping operationsMaintain, clean and repair assets for use in the warehouse and fieldMaintain, clean and organize the warehouse, grounds, restrooms, hallways and offices as assignedOversee facility maintenanceEnsure clear two-way communication with operations manager, production managers, office team, crew chiefs, and production techniciansContinue development of production skills and expertise of services, cleaning products and equipment knowledgeManage equipment, product and suppliesUnderstand and utilize all safety and risk management guidelines in the warehouse, in the office, on the grounds, on a job site, and while travelingOrganize warehouse and keep everything in its place Take initiative on what needs to be done without being toldIdentify products / items that need to be orderedReceive products / items and place where they goClean equipment and place in racks for useIdentify and correct safety hazards within warehouseMonthly safety walk-thru checking fire bottles and First Aid kitsPerform upkeep and repairs on equipment identify parts neededEnsure trash is removed to dumpster before trash days (M and Th)Laundry for shop as well as customersContent cleaning / Materials / Dry Cleaning / etcPick-up / Deliver equipment as neededQualifications : Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory controlMechanical Abilities

Forklift Experience

Valid Driver's License

Trailer pulling experiencePeople skillsProficient computer skillsWater / Fire Restoration Experience Preferred but not mandatoryJob Type : Full-time
