What we're looking for
Seeking a rock star Market Center Administrator (MCA) in Chapel Hill, NC. This energetic and positive applicant is growth-minded, detail oriented, professional, tech-capable and ready to assist Market Center leaders in supporting our real estate professionals.
This candidate will be working with and assisting a dynamic group of real estate professionals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
This candidate must have strong people management / development skills, attention to detail, high standards, an accounting / bookkeeping background and an appetite for success.
What you'll do
- Accurate financial bookkeeping and accounting
- Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and projections
- Bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Record and track real estate transactions
- Daily, weekly and monthly transaction reconciliations and reporting
- timely and accurate monthly close process
- A / P for Market Center operation billing
- Manage employee paperwork
- 1099s
- Administrative oversight
- Ad-HOC projects as needed
