Indiana Provider Relations Consultant

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Internal Consultant in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between the Medicaid Agency and the provider community

Performs outreach to providers and assists with the Provider Recruitment plan agenda

Applies knowledge of policies and procedures to resolve provider issues and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

One to three years' experience with Indiana Medicaid

Medical background claims experience and / or experience with Indiana Medicaid is highly desirable

Ability to analyze reports and identify trends related to billing problems

Experience assisting Field Consultants with daily duties and analyzing data

Ability to be cross-trained across different business units as needed
