Job Title : Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney
Location : White Plains, NY (Hybrid - 3 days remote)

Responsibilities :
- Manage cases through all phases, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Analyze complex medical records and collaborate with expert witnesses.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment.
