Salary : $12 hr
AB Facility Services is looking for a Nighttime Cleaner to provide the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in a Commercial Class A Building.
Essential Functions :
- Cleans and maintains buildings / facilities. Performs cleaning duties such as : washing walls and glass and removing trash.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
- Remove spots from the carpet that can be removed with standard spotting.
- Sweep all hard surface floors.
- Clean and sanitize drinking.
- Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
- Remove fingerprints from elevator doors.
- Clean all open stairwells surfaces.
- Damp mop all hard surface floors.
- Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
- Dust all ledges.
- Vacuum entrance.
- Polish all brass and metal.
- Remove all trash collected.
- Clean and deodorize trash containers.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.

Work Schedule :
- Part-time, Night Shift
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday
- 4 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 pm (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVALIABLE THE STATED HOURS)
