The Financial Solutions Analyst is responsible for projects and workflows related to the routine administration and new development of our enterprise financial solutions, including OneStream CPM, Oracle Cloud EPM, and Domo.

The Financial Solutions Analyst will work collaboratively across different departments implementing company-wide projects.

• Pay : $75,000 - 90,000 per yearRESPONSIBILITIES : Active participation in large-scale implementation project of OneStream's enhanced CPM platform, using expertise and experience to support the implementation;
• participate in the development of implementation plans, delegate responsibilities to others, review the quality of work of others, manage deadlines and implement resolution to obstacles encountered during the processPartnering with Finance to understand requirements, identify gaps in processes, and develop solutions and reporting analytics;

work with internal customers to determine the needs of the requester and what processes to use, configuration of reports, etc.

• seek feedback from users post-implementation to determine if reporting goals were achieved; configure adjustments as needed and monitor quality of end-productAs needed, design guidance documents for internal customers;
• create easy 'how-to' documents on running / reviewing certain financial reports and how to interpret / modify outputProvide expert-level advise to the Finance team regarding the outcome and substance of configured reports;
• act as financial systems subject-matter expert in recommending potential solutions and identifying process enhancements that drive value cross-functionallyCollaborate closely with Business Intelligence team members on the integration of financial data in to, and out of, DOMO's business intelligence environmentManagement of financial systems and processesMetadata change management processesFinancial reporting maintenance, development, and troubleshootingUser access control management processesAutomated integration package maintenance and troubleshootingVendor-introduced change testing and validationMonthly close systems supportAnnual planning / forecasting systems supportQUALIFICATIONS : Must possess one or more of the following : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field of studyAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field of study with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with developing financial systems reporting and solutionsHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of experience working directly with developing financial systems reporting and solutionsMinimum of two (2) years of experience in systems integration, development, maintenance, and troubleshootingProficient knowledge of basic Accounting and Finance principles;

including, monthly-close, financial consolidations, standard financial reporting, financial performance analysis, and budgeting and forecastingStrong understanding of data analytics and querying methodologies Professional experience with relational database queries, multi-dimensional environment administration, and data integration maintenanceDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines independentlyHighly detailed and process-oriented to spot inefficiencies, identify opportunities, and proactively solve potential problems with our financial solutions independentlyAbility to successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesPossess data 'curiosity' and a desire to solve complex problems and drive value beyond the current status quoHighly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technologyProfessional, articulate, and able to use independent judgment and discretionProven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and with struct discretionOutstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organizationAbility to influence and guide financial team in decision making process and provide tools and business solutions based on analyticsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : College degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field of studyBENEFITS : Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.
