BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Program Manager on the Business Integration team, you will interface with the Charter program sponsor(s) and impacted teams to document all cross functional business requirements (requirements, rules, and user stories).

Must oversee prioritization of projects, interface with program leaders, and report progress to leadership ensuring the business requirements are documented and implemented properly.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and technical / operational solutions. Author and lead requirements documentation to ensure quality development and on-time delivery.
  • Lead meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholder groups to drive collaboration and a positive outcome.
  • Responsible for strategic development and implementation of assigned projects. Ensure completion of projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Ensure structure, content and integrity of all requirements artifacts are procured and maintained, following a defined departmental process.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-impact office environment. Your ability to thrive in this role includes working both collaboratively and independently with an acumen that demonstrates good judgement and careful discretion.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience : Project Management expertise : 7 or more years
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Abilities : Work independently with no supervision and guidance; communicate clearly both orally and in writing; define key performance indicators / metrics;
  • effectively analyze and interpret data; document, prepare, and deliver data driven presentations; influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus;

conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; manage complex program and project budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
