We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our Bakery / Market team at Farmshop. In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, using Farmshop's recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with bakery and market product displays, keeping them stocked and tidy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Follow all company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
