job_description.job_card.job_description$250,000 - 350,000 / year 6 Weeks PTO Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, malpractice coverage with tail and 401K with annual employer contribution of 10% (100% vested without employee contribution requirements) Generous sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement and paid professional dues Loan Assistance Full-time position, Outpatient practice with opportunity for inpatient hospitalist and nursing home rounds, as desired Flexible Schedule, Great work / life balance Join a team of 13 primary care providers, 2 Family Medicine / OB physicians, and 1 OB / GYN physicians on main campus OB deliveries / year averaging 325 births / year Practice in a 6-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic OB On-call 1 : 4 or Family Medicine (no OB) On-call by phone 1 : 6 8-golf courses within a 30-mile radius of city Number 1 county in the United States with most lakes, with 1,100 lakes in Ottertail County Central lakes biking / walking trail begins in Fergus Falls and is a 55 mile, paved trail that goes to central MN North Country Scenic Trail runs through the town (beginning in Vermont & runs through central ND) Children's museum & indoor playground Enjoy a safe, low crime community of 14,000 residents Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine MD or DO, Internal Medicine Will consider H1B and J1 candidates
