Responsibilities :

  • Utilize existing smoke shop distributor channels and resources to maximize product distribution and increase market share.
  • Drive sales in retail outlets, taking them from inception (0) to significant market presence (1) and potentially beyond.
  • Work on a commission-based model, earning 2% plus additional commissions based on sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and regional distributors to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product categories to effectively communicate the unique selling points of our offerings.
  • Educate clients and customers on the benefits and features of our products, particularly in categories with low competition and high repurchase rates.
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of product samples to stores for promotional purposes.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, taking advantage of the limited competition in the industry.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the smoke shop industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong connections within the smoke shop distribution channels and experience with vape, kratom, cigarettes, cannabis, or similar products.
  • Proven experience in driving retail sales, taking stores from 0 to 1 and beyond.
  • Deep understanding of the Southern California market, with the ability to strategically manage regional sales in New York, Florida, and Alabama.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quick product releases, competitive pricing, and high-speed market penetration.
  • Previous experience in category education for new and innovative products is a plus.
