Investment Firm / Family Office / Foundation is seeking a dedicated Foundation Operations professional to join our
dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our grants, ensuring compliance
with legal and financial regulations, and maintaining the integrity of our funding processes. The Grants and
Compliance Accounting Manager is responsible :
Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development and submission to monitoring and
compliance.
Ensure compliance with funding source guidelines by reviewing and understanding grant terms and
conditions to guarantee compliance with funder requirement.
Record accurate, consistent, and timely accounting to facilitate audit readiness, tax support, and
budget versus actual analysis.
- Ensure spending is on track with grant budget projections and manage amendments.
- Collaborate with sub-grantees to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with both US
private foundation regulations including expenditure responsibility and Indian FCRA laws.
Coordinate and review legal documents such as grant agreements, sub-award agreements, and
service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS)
