  • BLS - Basic Life Support Certification Required
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification Required
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification Required
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure Certification Required

Job Details

  • Must have 2 years of STAND ALONE CVPICU experience - floating does not count
  • NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS RTO
  • MUST be able to ROTATE - travelers will rotate shifts every 3-4 weeks - facility will try to accommodate straight shifts if the schedule allows but will not be able to list that on contract, should schedule needs change.
  • Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday.

  • Start date : 3-4 weeks from submittal
  • Ratios : 1 : 2
  • Years of experience REQ : 2 years of RECENT experience FLOATING DOES NOT COUNT must be DEDICATED CVPICU
  • First-timers accepted : YES
  • Weekend REQ : EOW
  • Is on-call REQ? NO
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, will float to other critical care units as needed (NICU / PICU) no age cut off
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? No guarantee but will try
  • Locals accepted : yes
  • Pending License accepted : Yes must show proof of license pending and advise on date applied depending on date applied, candidate may be redirected
  • RTO Restrictions : 1 week if a full week, must make up at the end of contract
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36
  • Special Requirements : Missed shifts are required to be made up
  • If offered and accepted, must provide a photo upon contract signature
