Description

We're seeking an Associate Creative Director, Innovation Lead to transform how customers experience and interact with our products across all touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of user experience design, creative direction, and emerging technology, architecting intuitive experiences through UX principles that drive engagement, retention, and lasting customer trust. This lead position bridges strategic thinking with tangible solutions, creating seamless user journeys that put our customers first.

You'll develop end-to-end user experiences while pioneering innovative approaches to customer interaction through AI and emerging technologies. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the customer journey, blending human-centered design principles with technological innovation.

Key job responsibilities

Lead critical AI initiatives and emerging technology integration, balancing human-centered design with automation to drive innovation and efficiency

Develop end-to-end user experiences and content strategies that connect brand narratives throughout the customer journey

Create AI-enhanced testing frameworks that automate iteration cycles while seamlessly integrating across platforms

Drive cross-functional alignment to transform early-stage ideas into impactful solutions that balance user needs with business goals

Design and implement scalable UX solutions that transform team workflows and creative processes

Craft high-stakes executive communications during pivotal moments, maintaining customer trust and brand integrity

Partner with designers, developers, and product teams to define early customer and feature experiences

Lead B2C and B2B initiatives with consistent messaging while adapting to emerging audiences and cultural contexts

Shape fundamental process changes and influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights and user research

Champion Ring's brand evolution through adaptive yet authentic experiences, ensuring resonance with emerging audiences while preserving the trusted core brand essence our neighbors rely on

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Marketing, Communications or related field

Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and emerging technologies

Experience delivering complex P0 to P1 projects

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Expertise in user research and data-driven decision making

Have an available online portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in relevant field

10+ years of experience in UX Design, Innovation, Creative Direction, and / or Product Design

8+ years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams

Experience with 3P AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)

Knowledge of A / B testing and performance optimization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
