We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Expert to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies that enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and achieve high search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in SEO tools, and the ability to adapt to evolving algorithms and industry trends. The Senior SEO Expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and directly impact our company's growth through measurable SEO success.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan and manage comprehensive SEO campaigns to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.

Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.

Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.

Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.

Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.

Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.

Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.

Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.

Technical SEO :

Conduct site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.

Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and metadata for search engine crawling and indexing.

Stay updated on algorithm changes and ensure compliance with SEO best practices.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization :

Optimize landing pages, blogs, and other content for target keywords and search intent.

Oversee content strategies to ensure high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.

Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.

Conduct outreach campaigns to collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and website owners for link placements.

Identify and pursue opportunities for guest blogging, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Promote content across relevant platforms to increase visibility and engagement.

Leverage forums, Q&A sites (like Quora), social bookmarking sites, and directories to boost content reach.

Work with the content team to create shareable assets that attract natural backlinks.

Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify link-building opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging off-page SEO strategies.

Monitor and enhance the brand’s online reputation by managing reviews and mentions.

Analytics & Reporting :

Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversion data.

Provide detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to analyze performance.

Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO strategies are effectively integrated.

Mentor and train junior team members on SEO best practices.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SEO with proven success in driving organic growth.

Expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.

Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.

Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with international SEO and local SEO.

Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.

Familiarity with paid search campaigns (PPC) to complement SEO strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
