LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for our client in Herndon, VA This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and stable manufacturing organization. Candidates will have access to all facets of manufacturing and engineering environment. In this role the candidate will work collectively with team members to support the Sales Operations and Enablement Team.

Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in approving and processing accurate orders in a timely manner. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed knowledge of order process management
• Process orders, new and replacement, for customers (internal and external) as required
• Assist operations with order adjustments as needed
• Work with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com
• Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and associated customer-related assistance, as needed.
• Sales Force CRM management (changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports)
• Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering, changes to contract, trial conversion, and reactivations
• Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner
• Other projects and assignments, as required

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
