Location : Tulare County, CA

Salary Range : $140,000 - $220,000

A well-established non-profit organization in Tulare County is seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Director to lead its financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in the community while overseeing all aspects of financial management for a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and oversight of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support organizational decision-making.

Oversee cash flow, investments, and grant accounting.

Work closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to develop long-term financial strategies.

Ensure strong internal controls, audit preparation, and compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.

Non-profit or fund accounting experience strongly preferred.

Proven ability to develop financial strategies and provide sound business recommendations to leadership.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $220,000
