Responsibilities
Intake Coordinator is responsible for welcoming new clients, answering the phone, sending out letters of representation to insurance companies, following up on previously sent intakes and requesting medical records and itemized billing statements.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, able to work in fast paced environment, data entry, computer skills, prior administrative experience, prefer bilingual speaking fluent English and Spanish.
