Workday Financial Testing Lead

Workday FIN Testing Lead & Support

May require to travel to Tampa, FL for important meeting

Plan and coordinate across program to help ensure all testing activities are executed within the integrated implementation timeline

Responsible for the development and management of the implementation Test Strategy and Test Plans

Direct the activities of test managers and other test resources on a day-to-day basis based on the Project plan and required tasks

Ensure that the Unit, End-to-End, and UAT / Regression Test plan requirements are communicated and accepted by impacted vendors and any third parties

Secure agreement from and coordinate with vendors and internal system owners on test environments, expectations, and resources

Develop a comprehensive set of test scenarios

Facilitate testing execution

Manage daily test status reporting

Provide coaching and support for functional and technical teams in the development of test scenarios

Provide guidance on the standards for test scenarios

Sign off on all test plans and test reports

Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving issues related to testing

Manage test exit all criteria, reporting and signoffs for all testing cycles (Unit Testing, End to End Testing, UAT, Regression Testing)

Provide status updates in the weekly Project team status meeting
