Now, we’re looking for a Senior Content Producer to bring creative leadership, organization, and fresh energy to our audio and video team. If you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your voice and ideas matter and where the tech is always cool, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do Run point on everything from radio shows to podcast episodes and YouTube content.

Oversee production workflows, keeping everything polished, on-brand, and on schedule.

Manage editors to keep our content sounding (and looking) pro.

Own our podcasts and YouTube channel.

Write engaging descriptions, tags, and headlines that make folks click “play.”

Drive promotional content across podcast platforms, social media, radio, and YouTube.

Keep us legal and on-brand by ensuring content meets all compliance standards.

Own end-to-end podcast operations, including scheduling, episode distribution, and promotion. Assist with editing and production when needed, ensuring timely release and professional quality.

Drive the launch and growth of new audio initiatives such as The Daily Ai-Voiced Current Podcast.

Book high-quality callers and guests for live shows and recorded segments. Collaborate on new bit ideas and recurring show features. Serve as backup board operator and assist in audio editing as needed. Help Script and prep materials for The Kim Komando Show, The Daily Tech Update, and Digital Life Hack Segments.

Track what’s working with our shows and videos and double down on it.

Develop new revenue streams like branded podcasts or premium content.

Support advertiser goals with polished, professional content fast.

Keep our production library organized and up-to-date.

Monitor audio levels and video quality like a hawk.

Stay ahead of trends and tools in content creation.

Who You Are 3+ years experience in radio, podcasting, or studio production.

Skilled in Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, and publishing tools like Omny, Libsyn, or Megaphone.

Detail-driven but creative and not afraid to lead.

A great communicator who can juggle priorities and deadlines.

You love media, tech, and the art of storytelling.

Bonus Points For Familiarity with radio automation systems like Westwood One.

Experience with social media scheduling and podcast SEO.
