What will you be doing?

We are looking for a hard-working Project Manager to oversee bullet trap mining jobs at shooting ranges across the United States.

This is an in-office position based in Provo, UT. 10%-25% travel is required.

Some of your day-to-day tasks?

• Self-starter able to work and be effective with minimal supervision.
• Solving complex problems over the phone
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Track expenses and submit accurate reports
• Source supplies and materials
• Troubleshoot heavy machinery
• Manage rental equipment
• Manage a calendar for 3 crews of technicians working in multiple time zones
• Track and schedule equipment maintenance
• Train new technicians
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers
• Use an ERP system to track jobs and materials
• Available to assist the crew with issues outside of regular business hours
• Maintain job safety standards
• Ensure established processes and procedures are being followed
• Find ways to improve efficiency across the program

What do you need to be able to do?

• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Respond quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel on short notice
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work a 12-hour day of manual labor if necessary
• Ability to work while wearing a full-face respirator and Tyvek suit
• 2-3 years of process management, project management, or related experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively across departments
