Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager Mid Level to join our team. This role involves managing and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Ensure projects are executed according to plan, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.

Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Provide direction, support, and oversight to foster effective teamwork and collaboration.

Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.

Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project outcomes.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.

Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes and minimize waste.

Monitor project performance against defined metrics and KPIs.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.

Provide specialized project management support for VIP stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of responsiveness and attention to detail in interactions with VIPs.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications : Required

Required

PMI, PMP or equivalent

ITIL 4 Foundation.

Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalency.

Preferred

Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
