Pharmacy Technician – Front End Pay Rate : $18.50 – $21.50 per hour Location : Remote or Onsite in Tempe, AZ (Remote candidates in Texas also eligible) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 a.m.–2 : 30 p.m. (7 : 00 a.m. start may be available). Opportunities for evening / weekend overtime. Openings : 8 positions Target Start Date : November 1, 2025 Training : 12 weeks, 6 : 00 a.m.–2 : 30 p.m. Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented, licensed Pharmacy Technicians to join our Front-End team with a national healthcare retail organization. In this role, you will support prescription entry, data processing, and communication between patients, prescribers, and pharmacists to ensure timely and accurate service. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment. For the right candidates, the role may be extended or converted to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Enter patient demographics and prescription information into the data processing system. Process new prescriptions, reorders, and exceptions accurately and efficiently. Communicate with physician offices and patients as needed to resolve issues. Load insurance plans and coordinate benefits for new patients and referrals. Review and audit test claims for new patients / new referrals. Manage image indexing, AE report filing, and other documentation tasks. Provide support for specialized programs (ETT, Pharma, or disease-specific services). Perform registered or licensed duties as required by state regulations. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to maintain quality assurance standards. Requirements Active and valid Pharmacy Technician license / certification (based on state requirements). Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 a.m.–2 : 30 p.m. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
