Sales And Marketing Specialist

The Vetdd platform is a digital network for qualified and vetted domestic professionals, including nannies, housekeepers, chefs, and more, ensuring the perfect match for our clients' unique needs.
Vetdd is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for both marketing the company and driving sales.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in both digital marketing and sales, and has a passion for the domestic staffing industry.
Responsibilities
Marketing :
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase Vetdd's online presence and engagement.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media channels.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Sales :
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking events, online platforms, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking domestic staffing solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of Vetdd's services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and PPC.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the staffing or domestic services industry.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the domestic staffing industry is a plus.
