Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a New Jersey licensed Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting consultations, legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings in employment law matters within NJ.
Qualifications
- Legal research, motions, and court representation skills
- Experience in preparing for and conducting depositions
- Knowledge of the legal system and court procedures within NJ State Courts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
