Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab/Stress Lab (Hiring Immediately)

As a Registered Nurse at, Santa Rosa Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role

in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

Shift : 8 hours with required call as needed

Requirements :

• Must be a graduate of an Nursing program and possess a currentclear Registered Nurse License for the State of Florida, and have, at least, 2-4 years of experience.
• 2-4 years prior Cath Lab Nursing experience required .
• 2-4 years prior nursing experience required .
• BLS and ACLS required prior to hire.

Position Duties :

• Performs a variety of tasks to include, but not limited, to demonstration of all Cath Lab procedures.
• Expected to learn Stress Lab procedures, PICCMidline Insertion and EKG duties.
• Strong surgical conscience. Aware of sterile processing.
• Maintains skills necessary for IV Catheter insertion, and demonstrates proper skills preparing and administering medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Follows AORN standards.
• Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
