Role :
In this position, you will primarily support two executives by assisting them with travel arrangements, managing their calendars, and using various systems to generate forecast reports.
Responsibilities :
- Administrative support : booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars)
- Calendar management for two executives and supporting the national inventory manager
- Meeting planning and coordination
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track deliverables
- Business Analyst tasks : using MS Excel to evaluate trends and propose recommendations
- Support the Safety Manager by validating reports in various systems
- Serve as a backup for the inventory manager, which requires learning and utilizing Spring
- Use Tableau to create manager performance reports
- Facilitate project calls and ensure effective communication and collaboration across business teams, vendors, and business intelligence operations
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst
- Experience in supply chain operations
- Prior experience with SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI / BI tools is a plus
- Ability to interface and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Willingness to learn
Travel Requirements :
Up to 10% travel (both driving and flying will be required)
