• Obtain supplier certifications to stay up todate with the most recent changes in theindustry
• Demonstrate knowledge andrecommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around theglobe
• Provide outstanding customerservice and attention to detail
• Utilize time management skills in order to research planand book vacation packages for clients
• Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout thebooking process addressing inquiries concerns and providing supportto enhance the villa vacation experience.
