National Insights Manager
The National Insights Manager plays a critical role in enabling commercial success by transforming data into scalable, actionable insights and tools for the broader Sales and Category Leadership organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution-focused on creating integrated tools and frameworks that support cross-functional priorities, align with the company's long-term growth plans, and empower field teams to win with data.
Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically, connect disparate data sources, work comfortably in ambiguity, and influence Director-level and above stakeholders. The candidate must be naturally curious, possess sound business judgment, excellent communication skills and demonstrate experience in the following areas : assortment planning, negotiation, creative selling and building productive relationships.

- Lead the development of scalable, insight-driven tools and reporting frameworks that integrate all available internal and external data sources to support Commercial Sales and Category Leadership.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, eCommerce) to ensure tools and solutions are aligned with holistic business objectives and the organization's long-term growth strategy.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Director of Category Leadership, helping shape the team's analytics roadmap and resource prioritization to meet evolving business needs.
- Engage and influence senior-level stakeholders by connecting the dots across multiple datasets and functions, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support top- and bottom-line impact.
- Lead the creation of strategic customer-facing content including selling stories, sell sheets, and analytical narratives-while also supporting internal presentations for national planning, category reviews, and corporate initiatives.
- Support commercial teams with market-level analytics, growth opportunity identification, and progress tracking against key priorities.
- Establish consistent reporting cadences and dashboards that enable performance tracking, macro trend monitoring, and gap analysis.
- Drive the development, documentation, and cross-training of best practices, workflows, and repeatable processes to ensure scalability and future adoption.
- Provide ad-hoc support to executive leadership with strategic data pulls, special projects, and emerging business questions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in insights, category management, and data tools-bringing forward ideas to elevate team capability and organizational agility.
MUST HAVE :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience in CPG, retail, or alc bev focused on analytics, category management, sales strategy, or shopper insightsProven ability to work with and influence executive level stakeholders across functionsStrong ability to simplify and synthesize complex data sets into actionable, persuasive business recommendationsHands-on experience working with syndicated and panel data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, CGA, Kantar) and POS / customer data.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to translate data into storiesWorking knowledge of retail merchandising and in store execution tacticsExperience developing and delivering strategic plans, measuring, and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets.Self-starter mentality with a high level of initiative and resourcefulnessWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeCulture and Benefits
