Hematology - Oncology Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $3637.50 - $3937.50

This facility is seeking a  Hematology - Oncology Physician  for locum tenens support as they look to fill a   current   need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule :  2 weeks per month | Week 1 : 8 hours of patient care, weeknight and weekend call | Week 2 : Monday-Friday 8 hour patient care
• Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases and required procedures :   Hematology 90%, Oncology 10%, Chemotherapy, Blood Transfusions, and Immunotherapy
• Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications required : Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology, or Med Oncology with a hematology fellowship completion and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required : Active Indiana License
