A company is looking for a Special Assistant to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and correspondence preparation
Serve as the primary scheduling contact for the CEO, coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management and ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Executive Assistant experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, government, or advocacy settings
Experience with expense management and board reporting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Salesforce, and project management software
High level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
A belief in the power of state and local government to drive positive change and a commitment to justice
