Kansas Legal Group, a cutting-edge divorce and family law practice is growing and looking for an experienced, proactive, results- and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our fantastic, drama-free team. Our ideal candidate would be down-to-earth, ultra-cool, and have substantive paralegal experience - but not just in family law (although it's helpful).

This job is primarily Monday - Friday, 8-5pm work hours and will be based in our Overland Park office. Minimum Qualifications :

High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree

Case Management software (Clio, ProLaw, etc.) experience

Experience working in an environment where metrics and continuous improvement is a way of life

Total Compensation Package includes :

Starting hourly wage of $26.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on relevant education and paralegal experience.
