Responsibilities
- Provide quality quotes with recommended coverage to new and current customers.
- Cross-sell additional products with customers to save them money & promote retention.
- Maintain email throughout the day; responding promptly to incoming emails.
- Maintain records of quoting activity and referrals received for back office tracking.
- Answer phones and assist customers or redirect to correct team member when necessary.
- Call warm leads daily per our internet quote follow up process.
- Notate systems with vital customer interaction information as needed.
- Bilingual Agents : Provide sales or service assistance to Spanish speaking customers and clients as needed.
Requirements
- NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
- Enthusiastic personality with a hunger to help customers and sell policies.
- Ability to urgently assist clients when the need arises.
- Positive disposition with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Competitive spirit and lead the pack mentality.
- Self-starter, able to work independently once trained.
- Grit & determination, able to push through hours of high volume.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
