Co-manage and drive for growth opportunities including coordination and completion of RFPs, completion of geo access, and disruption analysis.
Communicate network changes and provide analysis of alternative network providers.
Group Medicare segmentin internal work groups. Drive for resolution and advance progress for key operational performance.
Represent the voice of the customer in communicating client expectations to internal work groups. Makes on-site presentations to existing clients to educate and inform.
Supports the annual renewal process to ensure account management is submitting renewals by deadline and manages the required renewal forms for product lines as needed.
Manages the orders of marketing materials for all clients and account support during the annual renewal process.
Regularly and meaningfully interact in market as defined by division or leader.
Maintain Salesforce records as defined by division, department, or leader.
Required Skills and Experiences :
3+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
Possess or acquire MN Resident Producer License in the lines of Life & Health / Accident
within 60 days of employment. Maintain valid license in good standing.
Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills as this pertain to benefit plans.
Financial capabilities including ability to read, understand, interpret, and present complex renewal and underwriting formulas.
Knowledge of ancillary programs available in the industry and Blue Cross (life, ADandD, STD, LTD, CDHP products, Population Health and Care Management programs, Medicare D, Group Medicare, voluntary benefits, and disability management programs).
Highly organized with attention to details and a track record of delivering a high level of client service in a timely manner while maximizing account profitability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to present to and speak in front of customers and members to educate, persuade, and sell complex products.
Ability to achieve results in a highly complex environment with tight deadlines and multiple shifting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute healthy and positive dynamics to the work team and the ability to train and mentor team members.
Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrated PC skills; including experience in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
