Our client, a leader in the design and quality of mosaic tiles and building products in Burlington, NJ, is looking to hire an Order Puller to join their team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Develop wave plans by analyzing order volumes, inventory levels, labor availability, and other factors to determine the most effective sequencing and allocation of work tasks.
• Prioritize orders based on customer requirements, shipping deadlines, product availability, and other criteria to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and managers to allocate labor and equipment resources appropriately across different work areas and shifts to optimize productivity and meet operational targets.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other planning tools to input, monitor, and adjust wave plans, ensuring accurate execution and real-time visibility into the status of orders and inventory.

Job Requirements / Certifications Needed :

• 2+ years of experience as an order processor or similar position.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize wave planning and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations : Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, and industry best practices.

Pay Rate and Shift :

• Monday-Friday
• First Shift : 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM
• Second Shift : 3 : 15 PM to 11 : 45 PM
