NOW Hiring - Front Desk Coordinator Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator for our Bolingbrook Clinic.
Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include : Greet patientsEffectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation / Medical services and medical terminology.Answering phonesPatient registration / data entryScanning / faxing / other clerical dutiesCollecting copay's and patient balancesPatient scheduling-Schedule ManagementPatient Care assistance as neededStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of Insurance benefits The schedule will be M W Th 9am to 5 : 30pm OR 10 : 00am to 6 : 30pm and T and F 7 : 00 to 3 : 30pm Pay range is $18.00 to $19.50 per hours
