Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred. Non-degreed candidates with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with demonstrated success working with catheter technologies, components, and customer requirements in the medical device sector.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales in the medical device industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to successfully work in a team environment and independently.
Problem Solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable with computers and working knowledge in Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel (25%-50%) for new business development, client visits, and industry events.
