A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative to assist patients with account activation and navigation of the MyChart Portal.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissionsUtilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiriesMaintain performance metrics while providing excellent customer serviceRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationPrevious experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems preferredExperience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical assistant or central scheduler, preferredStrong PC skills and ability to troubleshoot relevant issuesHigh School diploma or GED required1 year of experience supporting MyChart is a plus
