Responsibilities
- Receive little to no instruction on routine tasks and general instructions on new assignments.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of machining, specifically aligning to Mills / Lathes / Grinders, with the ability to train others.
- Demonstrate an expert insight of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) concepts and the ability to teach others, specifically in areas such as 5S Facilitation.
- Observe all safety policies and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow NUCAP and NADCAP requirements.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues within and outside of your work area.
- Expertly read, interpret, and train others on how to read blueprints and machining programs.
- Train others on geometric tolerance and measuring tools / equipment.
- Regularly interface with engineers to troubleshoot issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn multiple disciplines.

Pay Transparency :
The salary range for this position is ($61,100.00 - $91,600.00) The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE :
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, including working with Mills / Lathes / Grinders, reading, and interpreting blueprints, and using measuring tools / equipment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Technology
