Founded in 1989 by Linda Rabbitt, rand has grown from a small interiors firm to a multi-market construction company with revenues in excess of $600 million annually. offering a wide range of services to national and regional clients. in our entry level positions. 8 years experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, building renovation projects Expertise with managing projects up to $10M Experience directing subcontractors and scheduling all work according to the requirements of the project schedule High school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience required Proven track record of independent judgment and decision-making when faced with matters of confidential or non-routine nature Display exemplary performance in all project safety related categories Interface with the client and client's leadership team at the highest level on schedule, updates, and challenges while effectively communicating plans and alternative solutions Periodically audit jobsites during site walks to ensure standards are being met Assist teams with complex and specialty quality control issues Assist teams with pre-punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure smooth / timely punch list process Act as point of contact to client Perform other duties as assigned Pay Type : Salary Pay Range : $80,000 to $130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Other Compensation : Annual Bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience. What you’ll do : The Superintendent is responsible for all the field staff on a project and will make sure that projects are built according to plans and specifications. They will supervise work of carpenters, laborers and subcontractors. They are responsible, along with Project Managers for having the material, tools / equipment, information and staff requirements on the jobsite in the proper place in a timely fashion.
