What you’ll do : The Superintendent is responsible for all the field staff on a project and will make sure that projects are built according to plans and specifications. They will supervise work of carpenters, laborers and subcontractors. They are responsible, along with Project Managers for having the material, tools / equipment, information and staff requirements on the jobsite in the proper place in a timely fashion. The Superintendent handles all correspondence and forms required by the rand
office—e.g., daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports. The ideal candidate will be a visible, integral team member in our Colorado market.ABOUT rand

in our entry level positions.Education and Experience Requirements :
8 years experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, building renovation projectsExpertise with managing projects up to $10MExperience directing subcontractors and scheduling all work according to the requirements of the project scheduleHigh school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience requiredProven track record of independent judgment and decision-making when faced with matters of confidential or non-routine natureQualified candidates will :
Display exemplary performance in all project safety related categoriesInterface with the client and client's leadership team at the highest level on schedule, updates, and challenges while effectively communicating plans and alternative solutionsPeriodically audit jobsites during site walks to ensure standards are being metAssist teams with complex and specialty quality control issuesAssist teams with pre-punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure smooth / timely punch list processAct as point of contact to clientPerform other duties as assignedCompensation :
Pay Type : SalaryPay Range : $80,000 to $130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.Other Compensation : Annual Bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience.Benefits :
