Client Service Specialist

Essential Responsibilities
- Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
- Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
- Ensures accuracy of invoicing and works with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
- Orders policy changes from carriers, updates agency management system / exposure schedules, and sets follow-up tasks.
- Investigaes and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits, and endorsements).
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma; college degree preferred.Experience : Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.Licensing : Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.Technical Competencies : Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.In addition to being great at what you do, we place a high emphasis on building a best-in-class culture.
