A company is looking for an HR Assistant (Remote) to support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate employee records and assist with recruitment and onboardingManage payroll processing using QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with regulationsRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience may be considered)Experience with QuickBooks payroll processingFamiliarity with HRIS systems (preferred but not required)Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
