Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer duties :
- Develop and implement procedures for on-boarding new devices into the existing IT infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of new devices with the existing systems.
- Design and engineer efficient and reliable IT infrastructure solutions based on the organization's needs and requirements, specifically focusing on processes for adjustments to infrastructure at stores.
- Create implementation documents for technicians to follow in projects to change IT infrastructure in sites
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard IT infrastructure, data, and system."
- Set up monitoring tools to track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems, and provide technical support to end-users and internal teams.
