Job Title : Welder

Pay / Shifts

19-22 / hr

Weekend and 2nd shifts available.

Job Description

Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

Utilize welding equipment to make repairs to discontinuities of submerged arc weld seams on steel pipes.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations.
• Utilize welding equipment to make repairs to discontinuities of submerged arc weld seams on steel pipes.
• Work according to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
• Proficiently use MIG, flux core, and dual shield welding techniques.
• Work with blueprints, fittings, sheet metal, and heavy-duty welding tasks.
• Measure accurately with a tape measure and work with stainless steel structures.
• Conduct finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
• Utilize various hand tools and equipment.
