Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather requirements from the business, understand technical details, code, and perform QA testing.

Use knowledge of SAP order and customer records to gather key data which help drive decisions.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for :

• Take the role of Release Captain for various BRC and Mariposa releases coordinating across Mariposa and Agile Apps teams.
• Coordinate the biweekly production deployments : filing CAB requests, presenting them during the CAB meetings, and sending out email communications about the releases.
• Initiative to be self-sufficient exploring new processes and systems to be a T-Shaped resource.
• Be a go-to person for Business Partners and team members to understand how different systems and business processes work.

How You’ll Make An Impact :

• Coordination of new projects coming into BRC.
• Work closely with Business Partners to understand new requirements.
• Work continuously with the Develop team to communicate the requirements and liaison with the Business for further understandings.
• Assume role of Release Captain, gating new functionality pending for Production environments.
• Be a Trusted Advisor for our Business Partners offering optimal solutions for business challenges.

What You Bring :

• 6+ years in the Life Sciences segment.
• 4 years as Business Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of eCommerce systems (Big Commerce, Drupal)
• In-Depth knowledge of SAP; Order, Customer, Reporting.
• Programmer experience is also desirable.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $140,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.

This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
