You will : \n

• Conduct assessments of patients' health status and aid in administering medications and treatments per the patient's individualized care plans, developed in collaboration with our clinical healthcare team.\n
• Performing nursing procedures and interventions such as wound care, and IV therapy as prescribed by the clinical nurse supervisor.\n
• Providing education and support to patients and their families on managing health conditions, medications, and activities of daily living.\n
• Monitoring patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising RN or physician.\n
• Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including LPNs, therapists, and aides, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.\n
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and agency policies.\n\nQualifications : \nTo be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements : \n
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Kansas / Missouri.\n
• At minimum, current BLS certification (Certification requirements vary by location).\n
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN, actively within the last 12 months.\n
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
• Ability to work in a sensitive environment while maintaining appropriate composure.\n
